South West Sounds started as a FaceBook page to promote singers, songwriters, bands, music events, of all genres, from South West Victoria, and events happening in the area, Warrnambool, Portland, Port Fairy, Hamilton, Macarthur, Heywood, Lake Bolac, Crossley, Purmin, Camperdown, Petersborough, sometimes Melbourne, if a local is heading that way...Its a page for Independent Musicians, from new bands, young beginning singer/songwriters, to professionals in the Industry for decades Muso's.  Arts will pop onto the page too, exhibitions in the area with music, markets, school choirs,  Pipe Bands, and all the many diverse scenes of music and arts in this amazing talented area !
South West Sounds would like to add a blog to the page, and update followers on more news, and information about Music Business, recording, touring, copyright laws, promotional ideas, whats new in digital music and DIY music business, and any other interesting info to keep one motivated in their music and art! New followers are welcome, its a page to add your event, your announcement for your album release, your interest in starting a band, you are welcome to express your music on this page and promote your band or solo page.
